Here are some FAQ’s to help you know more

1. How does PayTabs assist in enabling the Integration in Box Solution?
PayTabs has initiated this solution, to enable quick and swift assistance to the merchants, who are in need of technology partners. These partners can be engaged to complete the integration of shopping cart plugins for or in relation to a merchant’s online store. As part of this facility, PayTabs brings on board:
• Introduction to its integration partners
• Access to set pricing and customized rates
• Pre-agreed timelines that may enable quick integration

2. Is the integration handled by PayTabs?
No. The services are handled by the integration partners introduced by PayTabs but engaged directly by the merchant. PayTabs is not responsible for the delivery of the Integration in a Box services.

3. Is this Integration a one-time service?
Yes, this is a one-time integration.

4. If I face issues after integration, who will provide support services?
The integration partner engaged by the merchant will be responsible for support services as per the agreement signed between the merchant and integration partner.

5. Is this a one time fee payment?
Yes. This is a one-time fee payment for the initial integration services provisioned as per merchant’s requirements. Any technical support post initial integration may be charged on an hourly basis by the integration partner as per their agreement with the merchant.

6. How will the integration services fee be paid?
The integration fee needs to be paid directly to the integration partner by the merchant as per the terms of the agreement entered. There are no additional costs or fees that are charged by PayTabs to the merchant in relation to the Integration in a Box Solution.

    Important Notice

    PayTabs is a mere facilitator of Integration in a Box facility to the merchants, with a limited scope of introducing the merchant to one or more of its integration partners and enabling merchant access to certain pre-negotiated pricing and customised rates.

    PayTabs is not the provider of Integration in a Box services and does not represent as such or warrant any obligations with respect to the initiation or completion of integration services.

    Further, PayTabs does not represent any of the integration partners introduced as part of the Integration in a Box facility and does not provide any warranties for the work subscribed thereto.

    The merchant availing the Integration in a Box shall do so at their own risk and capacity and to this extent the merchant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PayTabs, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise with respect to the integration services subscribed by the merchant via Integration in a Box facility.
